Progressive rock band Amplifier will mark the 20th anniversary of their acclaimed debut album with a special livestream concert on Saturday, November 30th at 7:30 PM GMT. Fans worldwide can tune in to witness the band perform the album in its entirety, plus bonus material from the same period and maybe even a sneak peek at a track from Amplifier‘s upcoming release, Gargantuan. The livestream will be hosted on Bandcamp. This event marks Amplifier‘s first-ever livestream performance.

On the special event, Amplifier‘s Sel Balamir commented: “When this album was released 20 years ago, I always suspected that it would be a slow burner. But what I knew for sure was that these songs felt special to me. It’s been over a decade since we played a lot of these songs, and what is immediately obvious, now that we’ve come back to look at them, is that even with all the years that have passed, they still feel special. It’s time to give them a bit of love back.”

Released in 2004, Amplifier‘s self-titled debut album quickly garnered a devoted following with its unique blend of intricate musicianship, soaring melodies, and atmospheric soundscapes. The album remains a fan favorite and a landmark achievement in the progressive rock genre.

This exclusive livestream event offers a rare opportunity to experience the album performed live in its entirety, showcasing the band’s evolution and musicianship two decades on.
