Virgil Donati Group performed last September at the Dresdner Drumfestival in Dresden, Germany, and a video of the band performing “Eleven” taken from Virgil Donati‘s 2013 album In This Life can be seen below. The video was shot by Philipp Koch from Drumtalk.eu.

Donati‘s band included guitarist André Nieri and bassist Júnior Braguinha. The song aptly titled “Eleven” is a groove-driven piece and an uber-fusion tour de force in 11/8.
