Umphrey’s McGee have recently played a 3-night residence shows at The Fillmore in Detroit, MI. The show was filled with big highlights from the jam group, including a ton of classic material and a pair of choice covers throughout the night.

The band has also performed a cover of King Crimson‘s “Red,” which they dedicated to late singer and bassist John Wetton. Watch the video below.

Umphrey’s McGee played “Red” for the second time since 2012. The tune initially returned in October during the band’s fall tour for the first time in four years. The King Crimson song stretches back to 2005 and has been covered by 18 times over Umphrey’s McGee’s career.
