Will LED ZEPPELIN Reunite for Desert Trip Festival 2017?

Feel Numb reports that Robert Plant is set to reunite with Led Zeppelin for a performance at the upcoming Desert Trip Festival in California.

The source noted: “I have some well placed sources in the industry telling me that Robert Plant has agreed to reunite Led Zeppelin for Desert Trip 2017.

Rumor has it they turned down a reported $14 million dollar pay day to play at last year’s festival and that this year there are ‘millions and millions’ of more reasons why they should do it.

Sources tell me he has finally agreed to do it because of the impending 50-year anniversary of Led Zeppelin.

Further fueling the fire, Robert Plant‘s official site went black with nothing more than a note saying:

Any time now…

Robert Plant has refused offers in the past to reunite with the remaining members of Led Zeppelin and late John Bonham‘s son Jason behind a drum kit.

Last year, the inaugural edition of Desert Trip took place in October at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA, featuring The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, Roger Waters, and The Who.
