King Crimson has added new dates to their upcoming North American tour. The additions to the previous announced dates are stops in Seattle, Mexico City, Red Bank and Oakland. The tour is billed as Radical Action Tour; see the full dates below.
The tour also marks a new line-up, what was described by Robert Fripp as “double-quartet line-up.” This time the band will include four drummers: Gavin Harrison, Pat Mastelotto, Bill Rieflin and Jeremy Stacey, along with bassist Tony Levin, saxophonist Mell Collins, singer and guitarist Jakko Jakszyk, and Fripp.
To coincide with the tour, King Crimson will release an EP titled Heroes, which features a cover version of David Bowie’s classic tune. The release date is June 2nd.
