Mike Portnoy have just announced the final act of the Progressive Nation At Sea 2014 festival. The expedition is strengthened by adding Periphery. In a Facebook update, Portnoy says:

But rather than a 4-band bill like previous Progressive Nation tours, we have expanded the bill to over a dozen of today’s greatest progressive bands, musicians and artists! This music festival at sea gives music fans an experience that a land festival just can’t match.
