NICK BEGGS Returns to STEVE HACKETT’s Band for 2014 Genesis Extended Shows

Nick Beggs will return to Steve Hackett’s band for their 2014 Genesis Extended shows, it’s been confirmed.

He’ll play bass and twelve-string during the final shows to offer fans the chance to see Hackett performing a set consisting entirely of Genesis music.

The bandleader says on his website: “I’m pleased to announce Nick Beggs is back! The band line up will now be Steve Hackett, Roger King, Nad Sylvan, Nick Beggs, Gary O’Toole and Rob Townsend.

“Lee Pomeroy has other commitments for a while. I wish him the best of luck. He’s a fab player and an incredibly nice guy. We’ll keep up the connection too.”

Hackett aims to include fan favourites that he couldn’t squeeze into his award-winning Genesis Revisited production this year.
