Levin Minnemann Rudess – consisting of Dream Theater drummer Marco Minnemann and keyboardist Jordan Ruddess alongside bassist Tony Levin – have released a video for their trackScrod. View it below.

Titled after the name for a young cod, the suitably fishy-themed track is taken from the trio’s self-titled album, on sale now via Lazy Bones Recordings.

It’s described as “an album unlike any other” created by “three prog rock icons who put their heads together and rattle your cage.” Minneman plays drums and guitar, Levin plays bass, Chapman Stick and cello, while Rudess provides keys, Continuum and “wizardly sounds.”

Levin Minnemann Rudess is available as a standard CD or as a CD/DVD set including 24-bit WAV files, video of Levin and Rudess jamming, interviews, outtakes and early home demos.
