Belgrade’s modern metal purveyors Draconic are among the bands that compete in the poll for playing 2012′s edition of the Euroblast festival. Here’s the update from the band in entirety:
Hey all!
Big news today! Draconic made it through the pre-selection process and we are now competing for a spot on this year Euroblast festival in Cologne, Germany. This is where you guys come in – WE NEED YOUR VOTES! Go to www.got-djent.com , register an account (if you don’t have one already), and while logged in go to this poll http://got-djent.com/euroblast-poll and vote for Draconic (no. 9 on the poll).
The voting starts today (Septmber 3rd) and the poll will be open until September 12th.
Here is a short rundown of the rules:
“Each user is allowed to vote only once. He/she will be able to select a shortlist of up to 5 bands, and order them according to preference. The first band on the shortlist will receive 5 points, the second will receive 4 points, … and so on. This means that each user can hand out 15 points in total. Once a user has voted, he/she cannot change his/her vote.
Votes of users who attempt to vote multiple times will not be counted. Note that it may be impossible for multiple users to vote from the same computer. This is sometimes unfortunate, but it is necessary to prevent fraud.”We would also like to thank www.got-djent.com and Euroblast for making this competition possible, and we wish the best of luck to all the bands that are competing!
Thanks for your support!
The band is currently in studio, working on their new album. Here’s the video from studio.
