DIVINE PLANET Merge Alternative and Industrial Rock on New Single "Bachelorette"

(Press Release) - Manchester-based alternative / industrial rock trio Divine Planet have launched their new single — a lyric video for the song “Bachelorette” — which announces the group’s upcoming, still untitled release, a follow-up to their 2017’s EP Synthetic Taste of Cherry.

Singer Fabian Rodriguez commented about the new single, “‘Bachelorette’ talks about how broken everybody is inside and how we try to hide it in order to fit inside a society that’s shallow and fake, compensating the lack of truly healthy emotions with nights out, including sex, alcohol and drugs.

“Bachelorette” was fully recorded and produced at the band’s own studio in Manchester, and is also the first recording where Adam Filoda has taken drum duties as opposed to playing bass.

Divine Planet plans to tour UK in the coming months. Their upcoming dates are below.

October 4th @ Spinning Tap, Stockport

October 12th @ The Zombie Shack, Manchester

October 27th @ Ruby Lounge, Manchester
