Prog fans, the wait is over! The Progotronics Championships are officially kicking off today, and we’ve gathered 20 incredible artists from the Progotronics XLV compilation to compete for the ultimate crown. Divided into four groups, these talented musicians are ready to face off, and it’s time for you to decide who will advance to the next round!

    Voting Begins: October 5th – October 19th

The first round starts now, and your votes will determine which artists make it through to the quarter-finals. Each group is packed with talent, and the competition is fierce. But only the top two artists from each group will qualify to move forward!

Below, you’ll find the polls where you can cast your vote for each group. Take your time, listen to the tracks, and vote for the artists that stand out the most.

Note: You can cast your vote again after 5 hours from the previous vote, ensuring that all participants have a fair chance to support their favorite artists!

    Phase 1: Group Stage (October 5 – October 19)

    • Group Assignments: All artists are divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D) of five bands each.
    • Voting: Fans can vote multiple times daily, although with votes separated by 5 hours, starting October 5th at prog-sphere.com.
    • Advancing: The top two artists from each group will advance to the quarter-finals.

    Phase 2: Quarter Finals (October 20 – October 24)

    • Matchups:
      • Group A winner vs. Group B runner-up
      • Group B winner vs. Group A runner-up
      • Group C winner vs. Group D runner-up
      • Group D winner vs. Group C runner-up
    • Advancing: Winners move on to the semi-finals.

    Phase 3: Semi Finals (October 25 – October 28)

    • The top bands will face off in the semi-finals for a chance to reach the final round.

    Phase 4: Final & 3rd Place Matchup (October 29 – October 31)

    • The top two bands from the semi-finals will compete for the 1st place prize, while the runners-up will battle for 3rd place.

Prizes for the Top 3 Bands:

    • 1st Place: Professionally written biography package (full-length bio, short bio, and social media-ready versions), plus a professionally designed EPK (Electronic Press Kit).
    • 2nd Place: Professionally designed EPK.
    • 3rd Place: Press release written by Prog Sphere, perfect for future releases or announcements.
