THE SHELL COLLECTOR To Release “Rain Songs” Mini EP On December 23

TSC

While we wait for the debut LP, out in 2014 with Tuna Records, The Shell Collector and the media partners Hard Sounds, Italia di Metallo, Prog Sphere, Skratch the Surface, Spacciatori Sonori, Staradio*

PRESENT

Rain Songs, xmas miniEP containing two songs:

A Thunderstorm Is Coming, gloomy and dense sounding, just like the stormy summer clouds that inspired Enrico Tiberi, leader and founder of the band. Petrichor is expressed by the sound of mellotron and cozy basslines, which sustain grungy guitar arpeggios and vocal melodies.

Love, Reign O’er Me needs no introductions. The Who classic tune, considered by The Shell Collector an inspiring song, which “expresses the sense of sublime in life”.

On 23 December the mini will be published in the official site of the band and in the related social networks. Some winter gigging in Italy comes along with this mini:

January 10 –  Arci in Recanati (AN)

January 25 –  Birreria del Borgo in San Severino Marche (MC)

February 08 – Orange Rock in Pescara (PE)

March 01 – Drunk In Public in Trodica di Morrovalle (MC)
