Steve Hackett Unveils Genesis Revisited II

Steve Hackett has revealed his forthcoming Genesis Revisited II project, which is to be released by InsideOut on October 22.

In this exclusive video clip, Hackett talks about how the new project, a follow up to his 1996 album Watcher Of The Skies: Genesis Revisited. For his latest release, a double CD, Hackett has assumed a stellar prog cast list that includes Opeth’s Mikael Akerfeldt, Steven Wilson, Trail Of Dead’s Conrad Keely, Jakko Jakszyk, Agent’s Of Mercy’s Nad Sylvan, Nick Beggs, Steve Rothery, Francis Dunnery, Roine Stolt, John Wetton, Nik Kershaw, John Hackett and many more, tackling a wide selection of some of Genesis’ finest moments.

Genesis Revisited II will be released as a 2CD media book as well as 4LP and 2CD versions. It comes on the back of Hackett’s best selling solo album Beyond The Shrouded Horizon. A lengthy world tour and special one-off launch live performance are currently being planned.
